If you register for the Summit as a non-member, please note that EMDRIA will not refund any portion of your Summit registration should you decide to join EMDRIA at a later time.

If you wish to join EMDRIA for the discounted member rate, complete your membership purchase first and then register for the Summit after your membership has been confirmed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests from registrants must be made by completing the online Cancellation Form on our website. No cancellation or refund requests will be accepted by phone or email. A total refund of paid registration fees, minus a $100 processing fee, will apply to all cancellations submitted by March 15, 2024.

No refunds will be issued after March 15, 2024.
