About the Session
Dancing Mindfulness, a journey of gentle awareness without judgment, serves as whether a doorway to personal growth and balanced living. Its paths are diverse, just like its applications. Dancing Mindfulness embraces movement as a way to explore mindful awareness. By moving through seven core mindfulness aspects – breath, sound, body, story, mind, spirit, and fusion of all elements, with a mindful attitude, participants unlock their body’s healing potential and embrace their innate creativity, fostering healing and growth in a trauma-informed space. The practice was developed by Dr. Jamie Marich. Please note that CE credits are not offered for this session.
