Christie Sprowls, Psy.D. is a board licensed psychologist in the state of Texas and has practiced in Austin, Texas for 35 years. Dr. Sprowls is a regional trainer for the EMDR Institute and an EMDRIA Approved Trainer. She has trained in Indonesia, China, Bangladesh, South and Central America, Turkey, Japan, and Cuba as well as across the U.S. She has worked with UNICEF, the U.S. Army, and various non-profit agencies. Dr. Sprowls has been awarded two Humanitarian Assistance Awards for her service abroad and has devoted her career to getting EMDR into as many helping hands as possible.
