Irene M. Rodriguez, M.S., LMHC, REAT, is the founder and director of Mindful Journey Center. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Registered Expressive Arts Therapist (REAT), and Certified Laughter Yoga Facilitator. She is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and Trainer. She began practicing in community mental health settings, going on to train extensively in addiction, trauma, EMDR, mindfulness and expressive arts as well as specializing in compassion fatigue. Rodriquez started her private practice in 2012 and is recognized for her skill in engaging trainees and consultees by fostering their skills through compassionate relationships and guidance.
