Jocelyn Fitzgerald, LMFT, ATR, is a psychotherapist and EMDR consultant. In Indiana, she excelled in academia, private practice, and Alzheimer’s care. Discovering her passion in Vancouver, she aided refugees through EMDR, co-authoring work on Eritrean youth outcomes. Amid the pandemic, Fitgerald’s ingenuity shone in co-authoring “Colorful Place: Mindful Art and Story for Kids,” a bestselling children’s book. In academia, she co-edited and authored a chapter in “EMDR and Creative Arts Therapies,” a groundbreaking textbook released in October 2023. Beyond, she enjoys hiking, yoga, family dance parties, and extending her mental health commitment through her Etsy shop, Colorful Therapy Tools.
