Lisa Hayes, LISW-S, is a clinical social worker based in Columbus, Ohio. She is passionate about discussion of diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and access. Hayes is currently employed by The Ohio State University, maintains a part-time private practice, is co-owner of The Trauma & Wellness Institute, and serves as the director of the EMDR Therapy Training Program for BIPOC Clinicians with the Institute for Creative Mindfulness. Environments of learning, collaboration, and curiosity energize her. When not at work, Hayes enjoys reading, laughing with her sisters, building race tracks with her godson, traveling with her partner and playing with her dog.
