Overflow Hotels (update: 3/8/2024)

Our discounted room block at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue has sold out. However, as cancellations may come in, rooms can open up, so we suggest you first try to put in your dates to see if they may have rooms available at any given time.

If you find that rooms are not available, we have secured an additional discounted room block at The Westin Bellevue and W Bellevue, both less than half a mile from the Hyatt. Rooms are offered at a discounted group rate of $249/night and $289/night. Please use the link below to select one of these properties to book your stay.

The cutoff date for reservations is Monday, March 25, 2024. This group rate will be available until that date or when all of the contracted inventory has been booked (whichever comes first).

EMDRIA has secured a block of rooms at a special rate for summit attendees of $204.

Please note that the EMDRIA Summit will be held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. This is a slight shift from the days of the week that we usually have our Conference. Please be sure make your hotel reservations for the correct dates.
